We begin every day with the commitment to produce the best coffee possible and we start by roasting 100% Certified Organic, 100% Certified Fair Trade coffees. Those coffees are then carefully roasted to order in the most fuel-efficient, environmentally friendly manner possible before they are packaged by the pound in sealed degassing bags. All of this means our customers receive the freshest, best tasting coffee possible that was produced with the least amount of impact on the environment. The locals like to call it
“Good Karma in your cup”.

 


From region to region and crop to crop all coffee is unique and bringing out the best each individual coffee has to offer is an essential step in the roasting process; that is why we roast each batch separately whether we are blending it or selling it as a single-origin. This way we know that every pound of coffee we process leaves our roasting facility with the best flavor nature has to offer.
