    We start every day with a commitment to produce the best coffee possible. Our Single Origin Coffees are individually roasted to highlight their unique characteristics and bring out their best flavor profiles. Our proprietary blends are combinations of various coffees from around the world that produce unique tastes that you cannot find in a single origin coffee.
 


Our Roasting/Retail facility is small by design but large at heart. We operate in a 12 foot by 20 foot remodeled building that was once an old garage; and we roast only Organic, Fair Trade Certified coffees one small batch at a time in the most fuel-efficient, environmentally-friendly manner possible. From the red bricks that pave our entrance to the jute coffee bags and coffee grounds we use as flower pots, we recycle everything we possibly can.
